1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, digital platforms, portals, communications, and online services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by:

Inchub Corporate Services Providers LLC,
Inchub Financial Services FZCO,
and any current or future legal entity owned, controlled, or operated by the Inchub Group
(collectively referred to as “Inchub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Engagement Letter, and any service-specific agreements entered into separately.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Nature of Services & No Professional Reliance

The content available on the Platform is provided solely for general informational purposes and does not constitute:

Legal advice
Tax advice
Financial advice
Investment advice
Regulatory or compliance advice

Any professional services provided by Inchub are rendered only pursuant to a duly executed Engagement Letter or written service agreement. No information on the Platform shall be relied upon as a substitute for formal professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

3. Eligibility & Authorized Use

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, and
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully, ethically, and in good faith, and not for any purpose that may harm Inchub, its clients, partners, regulators, or reputation.

4. Client Communications & Authorized Instructions

Inchub operates in a high-trust, confidentiality-driven advisory environment.

Accordingly:

We act only upon written instructions received from the client or their duly authorized representatives.
Instructions must be sent exclusively from pre-approved, authorized email addresses registered with Inchub.
No instructions will be accepted verbally, via messaging apps, or through third parties unless expressly agreed in writing.

Inchub shall not share, disclose, or act upon requests from family members, associates, employees, or third parties unless such authority has been formally documented and acknowledged in advance.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

Text, reports, articles, templates, and guides
Logos, trademarks, branding, and trade names
Graphics, layouts, and visual elements

are the exclusive property of Inchub or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from Inchub.

6. Confidentiality & Data Sensitivity

The Platform may involve access to confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or regulated information, particularly relating to:

Corporate structures
Financial data
Family wealth and succession planning
Immigration, tax, and regulatory matters

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not misuse, disclose, or attempt unauthorized access to any information obtained through the Platform.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal data collected through the Platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Inchub implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards aligned with international best practices to protect data integrity and confidentiality. However, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

8. Third-Party Links & External Platforms

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services for convenience or informational purposes.

Inchub:

Does not control or endorse third-party platforms
Is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices
Disclaims all liability arising from your use of such third-party services

Access to third-party platforms is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Inchub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
This includes loss of profits, data, business opportunities, reputation, or goodwill arising from use of or reliance on the Platform.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the fees paid to Inchub under the relevant Engagement Letter for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. No Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Inchub makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
Uninterrupted or error-free access
Suitability for any particular purpose

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inchub, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

Your breach of these Terms
Unauthorized use of the Platform
Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

12. Regulatory & Jurisdictional Considerations

Inchub operates across multiple jurisdictions. Access to the Platform does not imply that services are available or permitted in all locations.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the Platform.

13. Modifications to Terms

Inchub reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
