These Terms of Use supersede and replace all prior versions. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. IncHub recommends that clients review this page periodically.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, digital platforms, portals, communications, and online services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by:
Inchub Corporate Services Providers LLC,
Inchub Financial Services FZCO,
and any current or future legal entity owned, controlled, or operated by the Inchub Group
(collectively referred to as “Inchub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Engagement Letter, and any service-specific agreements entered into separately.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Any professional services provided by Inchub are rendered only pursuant to a duly executed Engagement Letter or written service agreement. No information on the Platform shall be relied upon as a substitute for formal professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
2.1.1 The disclaimer under Clause 2 applies equally to all communications, guidance, and information provided by IncHub through any format or channel, including but not limited to: the website and all digital platforms; email correspondence; telephone, video, and in-person meetings and consultations; messaging applications including WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar; written reports, proposals, templates, and documents; and social media, newsletters, video content, and webinars.
2.1.2 No communication from IncHub, regardless of medium, format, or the seniority of the individual providing it, shall be construed as professional advice or give rise to a duty of care unless expressly confirmed in a signed, written Engagement Letter.
2.1.3 The User expressly acknowledges that any guidance, view, or recommendation communicated by IncHub — whether orally, in writing, digitally, or otherwise — is provided for general informational and administrative support purposes only and is not a substitute for independent professional advice.
2.1.4 IncHub shall not be liable for any loss, penalty, assessment, rejection, regulatory consequence, or adverse outcome arising from the User’s reliance on any communication, guidance, or recommendation provided through any channel.
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
You agree to use the Platform lawfully, ethically, and in good faith, and not for any purpose that may harm Inchub, its clients, partners, regulators, or reputation.
Inchub operates in a high-trust, confidentiality-driven advisory environment.
Accordingly:
Inchub shall not share, disclose, or act upon requests from family members, associates, employees, or third parties unless such authority has been formally documented and acknowledged in advance.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:
are the exclusive property of Inchub or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from Inchub.
The Platform may involve access to confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or regulated information, particularly relating to:
You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not misuse, disclose, or attempt unauthorized access to any information obtained through the Platform.
All personal data collected through the Platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Inchub implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards aligned with international best practices to protect data integrity and confidentiality. However, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services for convenience or informational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the fees paid to Inchub under the relevant Engagement Letter for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Platform and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inchub, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
Inchub operates across multiple jurisdictions. Access to the Platform does not imply that services are available or permitted in all locations.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the Platform.
Inchub reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms of Use, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of UAE law that may apply.
14.2 Any dispute not resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice shall be finally and exclusively settled by arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), conducted in the English language, before a single arbitrator with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant legal experience.
14.3 Nothing in this Clause prevents IncHub from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its rights pending the constitution of the arbitral tribunal.
14.4 This governing law and dispute resolution clause is consistent with and supplements the dispute resolution provisions in IncHub’s Service Policy & Terms of Engagement, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
