Before you rely on this number

  • Estimates only. These figures are indicative, based on our current rate card and Meydan Free Zone's own published pricing — not a warranty of final cost. Amounts may change if your setup specifications differ, or if Meydan revises its pricing.
  • Prices shown are VAT-inclusive. Per Meydan Free Zone's own fee sheet, the figures above already include VAT and government fees — unlike some of our other free zone estimators, there's no separate VAT to add on top.
  • Multi-year discount. Choosing a 2–10 year term automatically applies Meydan's 15% discount to the License Fee and Visa Allocation Fee. Shared Desk and Immigration Card fees are charged per year of your term but are not discounted.
  • Visa Fee breakdown. The Visa Fee shown is a standard rate for every visa — AED 4,000 plus AED 1,950 for medical test, Emirates ID and processing, AED 5,950 per visa in total, one-time — the same whether it's an Investor/Partner or Employee visa. This is separate from Visa Allocation, which reserves your visa slots and is charged per year of your license term (see multi-year discount above).
  • Immigration Card is only charged once at least one visa is allocated, and scales with the number of years in your license term — AED 2,000/year new, AED 2,200/year at renewal.
  • When a visa itself needs renewing — separate from your license/package renewal, since visas run on their own validity — Meydan's own visa renewal cost isn't included above and will be confirmed by your advisor when that visa comes up.
  • Status Change (AED 1,500/applicant) applies only if the applicant is inside the UAE when applying for their residence visa — travelling outside and re-entering avoids this fee. It isn't included in the estimate above; let your advisor know if it applies to you.
  • Government fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of outcome.
  • All services are subject to KYC, due diligence and regulatory approval.
