Before you rely on this number

  • Estimates only. These figures are indicative, based on our current rate card and DTEC's published pricing — not a warranty of final cost. Amounts may change if your setup specifications differ, or if DTEC revises its pricing.
  • Promotional pricing. The AED 5,000 Service License rate is a subsidised promotional rate DTEC has indicated will run for the program's first 5 years, reverting to AED 8,000 thereafter. We'll confirm current pricing when we prepare your formal engagement letter.
  • Applying for the residence visa from inside the UAE. The Visa Fee shown above assumes the applicant is outside the UAE while the residence visa is processed. If the applicant is already inside the country, a change-of-status charge of AED 1,650 per applicant becomes payable on top of the figure shown — this is DTEC's own charge, not an InCHub fee. Alternatively, the applicant can avoid this charge entirely by travelling outside the UAE and re-entering before the visa is processed, so it's processed as an outside-country application.
  • More than 2 visas. Packages of 4 visas and above are built on DTEC's Two Visa package plus additional flexi desks (each desk holds up to 4 visas) and visa allocation units. This is still subject to DTEC's internal review and approval, and the desk/allocation math above is InCHub's own working model rather than a DTEC-published rate — we'll confirm the exact figures with DTEC before locking in a formal quote.
  • Visa allocation fee cadence. The Visa Allocation Fee (AED 2,500/unit, marked * above) renews every 3 years, not annually — it's shown in the New column and called out separately rather than folded into the annual Renewal total, since its cycle doesn't match the rest of the table.
  • Knowledge & Innovation fee beyond 2 visas. For packages of 4 visas and above we've charged this flat, at the Two Visa package's rate (AED 160), rather than continuing to scale it up — please confirm this is correct, or share DTEC's exact figure.
  • Third-party & regulatory approval. Certain business activities require additional third-party or security approval. Where applicable, government charges start from AED 5,000 plus our service fee — these are activity-specific and confirmed during consultation, not included above.
  • VAT is shown exclusive. All figures above exclude VAT, other than the 5% VAT DTEC itself charges on its own facility and license fees, shown separately per their published sheet — VAT on our Professional Fee and on any add-on services isn't included here. Your formal quote/estimate, once we prepare it, will show every applicable VAT amount inclusively and itemised in full.
  • Government fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of outcome.
  • All services are subject to KYC, due diligence and regulatory approval.
